We take our reference from Joshuah 2:12. Where the story unfolds of the Hebrew spies, sent in to Jericho are being pursued in the city . By God's hand they were led to Rahab's house, and She knowing who they were, provided a way of escape for them. Before the men leave she asks of them for A True Token, that when the city is taken She and her household would be saved. And in Joshuah 2:18 the response is given. Bind this scarlet line in the window and you and all in your house will be safe.
Today we use the application of God's Blood that He shed on Calvary. We want His washing and cleansing of our heart, mind, and soul. To bind His True Token in our lives. That all else in this life may fail but He is always true and changes not.
